SmurfKids's 48 hours Replacement Policy

Replace the merchandise with us in its original packing along with the invoice if you have received the damaged product, the product received is different from what was ordered, or if any part of the product received is missing.
In case of replacement, you need to initiate a replacement request by sending a mail to and providing all necessary details and an unboxing video of the product received within 48 hours of the delivery.
The customer can only replace a product within 48 hours, starting from the day of its delivery. Please note that replacement requests made beyond 48 hours of delivery shall not be entertained by us.
All items to be replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags.
Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
This is subject to your replacement having met the unused and returned requirements.
All replacement requests received through mail within 48 hours of delivery and the unboxing video shall be verified within 2 working days. Only if found eligible for replacement will we pick up the product from you within a few days. Then, once the product is received, we will take further two days to evaluate the product. Upon being satisfied that the product is unused and in original condition, your replacement request shall be processed and the product shall be delivered to you shortly. Apologies for the inconvenience caused due to this delay. Please also take note that we do not replace the products based on the personal liking of the customer when the product is not damaged, or any part of the product is not missing.
